Pregnancy::Second Trimester

  This is the part where pregnancy gets harder, why.? you get heavier, some pregnant women gets cramps, your tummy is starting to be itchy and you get to have stretch marks and everything, your clothes would start to not fit you at all and you always feel tired and sleepy.
  But then, even if its get harder, it also becomes more enjoyable, why.? This is the part of your pregnancy that you can really feel your baby growing, he/she started to kick, and move, and you can already hear your baby's heartbeat.
 oh, I forgot to mention in my previous blog that once you went to the health center, they would give you a anti-tetanus vaccine, if you are a first time mom and haven't completed your vaccine of this certain thing.

  This is the best time of your pregnancy to buy stuffs for your baby, because you are already sure of its gender and such things. You should already prepare your bag going to the hospital. Make sure to list down everything you need in the hospital.
  You might also want to consider reducing your carbohydrates intake (rice, bread etc.), sugar intake (chocolate, cakes, etc.), and increase your vegetable, fruit and water intake, in short have a balance diet and in additional you might want to start walking or have some light excercise, to lessen the chances of you/your baby to have a diabetes.
  Why need a balance diet and exercise.? So that you will have a lesser hard time giving birth. Balance diet but less carbohydrates? So that your baby will not be so big that they need to cut your tummy to bring him/her out.

(*on my next post, I would share to you the things I think is necessary to put in your hospital bag / THE day bag*)
